Strawberry Shortcake Overnight Oats

I have been meaning to try overnight oats forever! The problem was, I always thought of them when I was already in bed because I often think about what I’m having for breakfast in bed the night before. It’s my favorite meal!

  • 1/4 cup uncooked oats
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, or your milk preference
  • 1/c Greek yogurt, vanilla
  • 1/4 cup diced strawberries
  • 1 sheet of graham cracker

Combine everything in a sealable container, crumble the graham cracker on top and mix together! Let it sit for at least eight hours in the fridge.
