Green Goodness


This is what goes into my green smoothie:

A handful of baby spinach

1/2 an avocado

4-5 slices of cucumber

1/2 cup chopped celery

1/2 cup whatever berry I have on hand

2 lemon wedges, peeled

A couple mint leaves

1/2 tsp turmeric

sprinkle of ginger

sprinkle of cayenne pepper

sprinkle of cinnamon


-A few things, these measurements are not completely accurate. Also, I find if so helpful to chop my vegetables a head of time and throw everything in the cup the night before, and blend in the morning. This is all happening in a nutrabullet, which works fine for the price.
