Crescent Roll Breakfast Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. Sausage
  • 2 tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 cups shredded hash browns, thawed
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 1 can of crescent rolls
  • 7 eggs
  • 1/8 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • shredded cheddar cheese for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Grease a 9×9 baking pan
  • Melt butter and mix together with thawed hash browns
  • Dice onion and cook with sausage until brown
  • Whisk together eggs with cream
  • Spread 4 crescent rolls on the bottom of pan
  • Spread half of the sausage/ onion mixture over the crescent rolls
  • Spread half of the hash browns over the sausage
  • Pour half of the egg mixture over the hash browns
  • Repeat all four layers and top with cheese
  • Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes
