Berry Breakfast Parfaits

Yields two parfaits


  • 1 cup cooked oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 strawberries, diced (Or whatever your favorite fruit is!)
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup smashed graham crackers


  • Smash up graham crackers (I used the milling option on my nutribullet, but smashing them in a large baggie will work too!) and mix in with the warm oatmeal
  • Put about a fourth of this mixture in the bottom of the jar or glass to create your first layer.
  • Add 1/4 cup of the yogurt to make the second layer
  • Top with fruit
  • Repeat all layers one more time
